Why I Created SPANHELTER
During my years working in the aluminum tent industry, I discovered that many international buyers faced the same challenge: they could not easily judge whether a supplier's claims matched the actual product quality. SPANHELTER was created to bridge this information gap and provide buyers with professional engineering support in China.

Engineering Journey
Structural Design Phase
Started as an aluminum tent structural designer, responsible for load calculations, connection design, and structural optimization for projects of various scales.
Manufacturing Phase
Moved into production management, gaining deep understanding of aluminum extrusion, CNC machining, welding processes, and quality control on the factory floor.
Consulting Phase
Recognized the information gap between international buyers and Chinese manufacturers. Founded SPANHELTER to provide independent engineering support for global buyers.
Design + Manufacturing Expertise
We understand structures from the drawing board to the production line.
Independent Third-Party Position
No ties to any manufacturer. We work exclusively for buyers.
